1. Introduction

2. General Term
1. Acceptance: I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.2. Communication: All official communication will take place via TELEGRAM. Discord for FRIENDS ONLY.---3. Artwork Process
1. WIPs: Work-in-progress shots will be provided after sketch, linework and flat colours for bigger pieces. For simple pieces you may request a sketch. Feedback should be provided promptly.2. Revisions: Up to three minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Additional or major revisions after the sketch stage may incur extra fees.3. Completion Time: The average turnaround time is 1-3 months, though this may vary depending on the complexity of the commission, wellbeing and my current workload. It's possible for you to keep up to date through my Trello board, but please avoid asking about your art in my private account.---4. Copyright & Usage
1. Artist: I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to distribute, reproduce, and use it for promotional purposes, portfolio entries, and print sales.
2. Client: The client has the right to use the artwork for personal purposes, including displaying on personal websites, galleries, and social media profiles. If used publicly, credit must be given to me.
3. Reselling: The client cannot profit from the artwork, which includes selling digital files, prints, or merchandise. The artwork must not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission from me.---5. Cancellation & Refusal
1. By the Artist: If I choose to cancel a commission due to personal reasons or unforeseen difficulties, a full refund will be issued.
2. By the Client: If the client wishes to cancel the commission before work has started, a full refund will be issued. Once the artwork has been started, no refunds will be issued.
3. Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the client is disrespectful, unresponsive, or violates these terms.---6. Privacy
Personal information provided by the client will be confidential and won't be shared or sold. The client's email, name, or any other private information will solely be used for commission communication.---7. Modifications to Terms
These terms are subject to change. Clients will be informed of any significant changes, especially if they affect ongoing commissions.---8. Acceptance of the Terms
By sending payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms of Service.

1. Currency: All prices are listed and should be paid in USD(ask).
2. Methods: Payment is accepted via Paypal and PIX(brl) only.
3. Upfront Payment: Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
4. Refunds: Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis. Once the artwork has been started, refunds will not be issued.
